Political Correctness Fires American Hero
“The first man who goes into the restroom with my daughter will not have to worry about surgery.”
If anyone deems a joke offensive it could be a fireable offense. Perhaps its best if all humor is striped from the classroom.
This is certainly what I think when I hear stories like this.
General Boykin is a very well respected retired lieutenant general. He was an original member of the Delta Force and commanded the U.S. Army’s Green Berets. He serves as Vice President of the Family Research Counsel and for the past nine years has also been a beloved professor teacher a Leadership and Ethics course at an all boys college – Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
General Boykin in a speech – not even at the college – he simply said – “The first man who goes into the restroom with my daughter will not have to worry about surgery.” He didn’t specifically refer to transgender people but instead to the perverts who rape and abuse women and girls. Over a hundred LBGQ activists wrote the college and that was enough for them to fire one of the most well respected leaders in the nation for something he didn’t even say in the classroom.
This is sad. America colleges and Universities have lost their way. Political Correctness now governs our education.
