Iranians Fight for Freedom
It’s now the 7th day (as of January 3rd) of anti-government protests in Iran. The protests have been largely led by the brave millennial generation in Iran. These protests are nothing like the political protests or rallies millennials and generation Z experience in America. Instead of a rallying cry for campus “safe spaces” the youth of Iran are sending a cry calling for human rights. It’s a courageous stand that could bring the wrath of the Iranian regime on them. What’s Happening on the South China Sea?
While George W. Bush was President, there was a Senator who was one of his most vocal critics. This vocal critic of Bush often criticized his foreign policies. A few years later the same critic, then Senator Obama, won the 2008 Presidential election and was chosen to lead the country and given the opportunity to run the foreign policy according to his views. As a result of this, America’s influence in the world has diminished and we see a number of problems for the smaller co

U.S. College Student Sentenced in North Korea
We don’t fully understand in America what it would be like to live under an oppressive government. This is a sobering reminder. They spoke about the money that controling elections, the underrepresentation that every Californian faces, and the lack of governmental accountability. These problems seem extremely prevalent in today’s society so I decided to learn more about this representative’s organization. He works for a group called Neighborhood Legislature and when I learned about their cause, I jumped on bo

The Difference Between Liberty in Europe and the United States
By a European millennial who clearly recognizes the difference. European countries like the UK, France and Germany are considered part of the “Free West.” No doubt, compared to a lot of downtrodden third world nations, these countries would be considered “free.” What then is the difference between the so called “freedom” in Western Europe and the freedom in the United States of America – or is there any difference at all? President Lincoln explained this difference back on Ap
